Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network and check for the "Add eSIM" option. Alternatively, dial *#06# to view the EID number. If an EID appears, your device supports eSIM (e.g., Motorola Edge 2022, Edge 2023, Moto G Stylus 5G). Note: Some models like Moto G Power (2020-2022) do not support eSIM.
Confirm that your device is not locked to a specific carrier. If locked, contact your carrier to unlock it.
Make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data. A stable internet connection is required for eSIM activation. Avoid public Wi-Fi networks.
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network and disable or remove other eSIMs or physical SIMs. Motorola devices typically allow only one SIM to be active for data at a time.

Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network, select the newly added eSIM, rename it to "Jett On", and set it as the default data line. Disable the physical SIM to prevent it from consuming data.
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network > Jett On and enable "Data Roaming". This is required for the eSIM to work at your destination. Do not activate the eSIM until you reach your destination to avoid consuming the data package.
Turn on Airplane Mode for 10 seconds, then turn it off. This refreshes the network signal.
Open Chrome or another browser to check your connection. If the page loads, your eSIM is working!
If the device does not connect to a network after enabling data roaming, select a network manually:
