Samsung eSIM Installation Guide

1 Check if Your Device Supports eSIM

Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Network and check for the "Add Mobile Plan" option. If present, your device is eSIM-compatible.

2 Check for SIM Lock

Go to Settings > About Phone > Status Information and check the "SIM Lock Status". It should say "Unlocked", otherwise eSIM may not work properly.

3 Ensure Internet Connection

Make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data. A stable internet connection is required for eSIM activation.

4 Remove Conflicts with Other SIMs

Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Network and disable or remove other eSIMs or physical SIMs to avoid activation issues.

5 Install Your eSIM

Using QR Code:

  1. Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Network > Add Mobile Plan
  2. Scan the QR code provided by Jett On
  3. Tap "Add Plan" to confirm

Enter Details Manually:

  1. Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Network > Add Mobile Plan > Manual Entry
  2. Enter the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code
  3. All required information is provided below your QR code

6 Set Jett On as Default Data Line

Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Network, select the newly added eSIM, rename it to "Jett On", and set it as the default data line.

Disable Allow Mobile Data Switching to ensure your primary SIM does not consume data.

7 Refresh Network Connection

Turn on Airplane Mode for 10 seconds, then turn it off. This refreshes the network signal.

8 Test Your Internet

Open Chrome or another browser to check your connection. If the page loads, your eSIM is working!
